If the formula magician wants to acquire a certain ingenuity of a mental or astral quality, he may easily achieve this by the “B-R” formula. After charging it with the electromagnetic fluid as a volt, he may use the formula to influence the freedom of action of any human being at will, and even deprive that man of his will-power, if he so wishes to do so. However, the formula magician will only do such a thing in an emergency case, or in the case of mortal danger, in order to be reave his enemy of his will, or, if need be, also of his intellect.
The legality of an idea is expressed by a number.
Quabbalistically seen, numbers are laws! The quabbalist must be able to arrive at the numbers 1-10, i.e., at the relevant original idea by combinations of numbers called gematria in the Hebrew quabbalah.
- The individual numbers 1-10 represent all original ideas in their purest and highest form.
- Two-figure numbers stand for everything astral.
- Three and more than three-figure numbers refer to the material world with its legal effects.
When compiling quabbalistic words of power, formulas, etc., this knowledge is of utmost importance, for words expressed by numbers represent legality and the powers connected with it.
